Company Overview

The organisation is specialized in manufacturing high precision metal stamping parts for electrical and electronics industries. It is equipped with the latest high technology machines. In order to produce high quality products, all the staffs are trained to be highly skilful and competent.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, development and implementation of methods, processes, and automation techniques, for new and existing processes and products

• Establish documentation for new specialised equipment, including operating instructions, troubleshooting guides, safety procedures, spare parts list and recommended preventive maintenance

• Supporting New Package development of processes in automotive applications

• Identify, improve and sustain quality, yield, cost and process improvement activities

• Process documentation, process spec, standard work instruction, OCAP, Lead, etc

• Close collaboration with cross functional team members to resolve conflicts and make fast decision to avoid any risk to the organization/company/customer

• Involved in project management projects for newly develop packaging and also site transfer experiences

• Statistical knowledge and approach for process windowing and also problem solving skills

Requirements:

• Diploma, Advance/Higher Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent

• Ability to efficiently use all MS Office application

• Good product knowledge

• Statistical knowledge and approach for process windowing and problem solving skills

• Good planning and organizing, communication skills, follow up and coordination skills

• Proactive, resourceful and able to multitask with sense of urgency

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English

• Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 12.30pm
