    POSITION - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

    LOCATION - ONE CITY, USJ

    SALARY - RM 3500-5000

    5 WORKING DAYS ONLY

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    1. To discuss with superior and prepare the business development plan for the Company in line with:

    · Market development in terms of growth potential;

    · Market positioning in terms of offered services & price competitiveness;

    · Emerging opportunities of target markets.

    2. To be responsible for assisting superior in achieving the assigned and sales budget and growth targets.

    3. To establish healthy client relations and to provide efficient client service/support so as to solicit and maintain their confidence in the reputation of the services offered by the Company.

    4. Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients & create and maintain a list/database of propect clients.

    5. Understanding client needs and offering solutions, follow up call, responding to client requests for proposals (RFP).

    6. To prepare proposal or tenders after proper evaluation and analysis of clients’ needs such as the budget, method of financing and services configuration. To follow up regularly on submitted proposals.

    7. To attend the clients’ queries, requests and complaints; to follow up and ensure prompt and correct delivery as well as collection of outstanding accounts.

    8. To prepare and deliver technical presentation explaining products and services to customers and prospective customers.

    9. To liaise with the superior & project and technical team to ensure proposals are technically correct and accurate.

    10. Able to execute sales plan to meet sales target, increase market share and to gain as much experience as possible in terms of sales and marketing of pharmaceutical/biotech related services and medical devices project.

    11. To conduct market survey so as to collect information on the market demand for the purpose of planning marketing strategy for the Company’s products and services.

    12. To select and participate in the relevant conferences and exhibitions.

    13. To ensure proper use of sales tools to enhance work efficiency and professional image.

    14. To compile monthly prospects list of client and recommended follow-up actions for submissions to the superior.

    15. To ensure the weekly trumpets / sale meetings up to date.

    16. To ensure compliance with the Company policies and procedures and all directives set by the Management.

    17. To pursue and achieve total quality and competitive advantage through high degree of professionalism, self-discipline, commitment and involvement at all levels of the organization as well as with the clients, suppliers and contractors.

    18. To undertake any others tasks as and when assigned by the Company.
