    Position Requirements

    • Minimum STPM with Teaching qualification highly preferred

    • Good written and verbal command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin a must as most of our students are Mandarin speaking.

    • Strong Microsoft computer skills

    • Willing to work overtime hours and weekends as needed

    • Experience in sales and customers’ relationship management as an added advantage

    • Excellent organization and communication skills

    • Positive attitude towards continuous personal development

    • Dependable, responsible, meticulous, detailed and able to work with minimum supervision

    • Pro-active, dynamic and progressive towards centre development

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Handling enquiries & follow up. (Telephone/Walk-ins/email)

    2. Handling queries and requests from parents and students

    3. Oversee overall upkeep of the centre

    4. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

    5. Student registration

    6. Monitor students’ attendance

    7. Class scheduling

    8. Photocopying materials

    9. Providing teachers with necessary materials

    10. Preparing students' and teachers’ folder for any new classes

    11. Billing, collection & banking (weekly)

    12. Keep Centre Manager informed of outstanding payment

    13. Prepare and submit statement listing at the end of each month

    14. Prepare and submit end of month stock report of teaching materials and books

    15. Maintaining the library system (book movement, ensuring books are returned)
