    The candidate should have prior experience with CCTV/Access control or Security Systems in Malaysia. Ideally the should have a background working for a Distributor/ System Integrator (SI)/ Vendor, carry an extensive network of security System Integrators (SI) and installers in Malaysia for Physical security products CCTV, VMS, Biometrics& Analytics based projects.


    Key Tasks
    Responsibilities:

    • Identify right prospects
    • Quality leads (for high win/close rate)
    • Explore different go-to-market models, e.g indirect *****
    • Continually build pipeline of new business and upsell opportunities
    • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers
    • Develop and manage relationships with prospects
    • Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders
    • Manage pipeline heath/shape & data accuracy
    • Close deals, meet quotas.
    • Build a strong SI team based on business development
    • Develop and implement long term business plan and tactical plans
    • Participate in the GOV and private industry tenders and writing of the proposals, generating the required technical information for a tender.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities and events to maximize the pipeline.


    Requirements

    • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the security/cctv industry especially in Building Automation, access control and video analytics or AI Systems is an added advantage
    • Minimum 3 years of Sales/Channel/BDM experience in the above-mentioned product line
    • Have an existing potential client database and Possess influencing relation with consultant/End customers that will best satisfy their requirements
    • Strong understanding of local market in biometrics or CCTV
    • Understand local market regulations and translates this into ***** efforts
    • Excellent ***** record
    • Able to match business needs to technology solutions and position them in competitive scenarios
    • Highly motivated, resourceful and independent worker who is proactive and customer-focused.
    • South East Asia ***** experience is big plus besides Malaysia
