    Responsibilities:

    • To ensure compliance and is familiar with the provisions of the Companies Act 2016 and other statutory requirements.

    • Must be familiar with SSM’s online filing systems such as MBRS and MyCOID

    • To ensure that the statutory registers required to be kept under the Companies Act are properly kept and updated within the statutory periods.

    • To ensure all returns and documents required to be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and other regulatory bodies are properly prepared and lodged within the deadlines specified.

    • To prepare resolutions of company.

    • To prepare and organize board papers for distribution to the directors.

    • To organize and attend company meetings including directors, shareholders and other board committee meetings

    • To record the proceedings of company meetings and to prepare minutes of such meetings

    Requirements:

    • ICSA or relevant Degree/Professional qualifications or currently pursuing professional examinations (ICSA)

    • With at least one year relevant working experience for semi-senior position and three years for senior position

    • Have knowledge of Companies Act 2016

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proficient in English. Preferably with knowledge of written and spoken Mandarin

    • Possess positive attitude to learn new skill

    • Able to work independently
