The company is a startup B2B platform, specialising in logistics (haulage).
Responsibilities:
• Act as a contact between the customer and internal staff for all support activities
• Provide first level technical support and advice to existing customers on products functionalities and features
• Assist in product quality assurance
• Assist in preparation of the documentation of products (user guide or user manual) for customers (if any)
• Comprehensive training will be provided
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in IT/Computer or Logistics/Transportation
• Preferably 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Required Skill(s): Written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft Office
• Preferably personnel specialized in IT/Computer - Software or Logistics field or equivalent.
• Mature and pleasant personality, Team player
• Able to interact with different levels of people well
• Good follow-up skills, accountable and integrity
• Maintain a positive attitude, be self-driven and committed
• Required language(s): English
• Willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam - Number of vacancies: 1
