Job Scopes:

• Provide baggage wrapping services

• Approach and attend to customers’ queries

• Develop good customer relationships and promote Singapore

• Selling of available products/items (eg. SIM card, Routers, Attraction vouchers)

• Ensure accurate stock inventory and arrange for replenishment as and when required

• To engage in Meet and Greet services, if required

• To engage in booking/reservation or transport, if required

Job Requirements:

• Chinese speaking to deal with Mandarin-speaking travelers

• Comfortable with a graveyard (night) shift

• Strong work ethic and customer service oriented

• Preferably not daily commuters due to workplace safety policies

Benefits & Remunerations:

• Salary Range: RM 4200 to RM 5700

• EPF, SOCSO & EIS

• Medical & Annual Leave

• Incentive: SGD $150 (Paid on quarterly basis - SGD $450)

• Overtime: Only applicable to Work Permit

• Commission: SGD $400 & above (Subject to sales)

• Medical & Dental Benefits: SGD $400 per financial year

• Retention Bonus: Exceed 6 months, entitled to pro-rated amount of SGD $800

• Uniforms are provided upon second week, black attires for first week (shoes, shirt, pants)
