- Job requirement:
Candidate to have at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or higher in business related field.
Experience in customer service, help desk and hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
Able to converse and write in English.
Ability to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
Must possess PC knowledge and well versed with MS Word / Excel / Outlook.
Must be willing to work 5 and half days a week.
Presentable, with professional appearance and pleasant personality.
Must have a friendly and honest attitude.
Good communication and listening skills.
A good team player.
Have passion to serve customers.
A self-starter who will stay on top of the work at all times without frequent reminders or oversight.
Have a strong understanding of the importance of deadlines, time management and transparency.
Must be willing to learn new things.
Must be comfortable working in fast paced environment where priorities may need to shift quickly.
Willing to take on additional tasks.
Full time position.
Fresh graduates or interns are also encouraged to apply.
Training will be provided on site.
Job Discription:
Dealing with social media/ E-commerce enquiries, transactions, deliveries and arrangement.
Sampling activities.
Site visit appointment with potential leads.
Updating of CRM system.
Daily liaising and updating with management. - Number of vacancies: 2
