JOB VACANCY

POSITION - CUSTOMER SERVICE

LOCATION - 1) BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG

2) BUKIT RIMAU, SHAH ALAM

SALARY - RM 3000-4000

Responsibilities

· Manage customers and overseas agents rate enquiries.

· Coordination of import operations.

· Processing of Customer Purchase Order (PO) in accordance with required dispatch / shipping dates.

· Import Logistics, shipment planning, documentation & billing.

· Ensure that all documentation meets import regulations.

· Ensure customer details are updated in all operational systems.

· Internally coordinating closely with planners and warehouse team on deliveries committed.

· Ensure timely and accurate quotations according to customer's requirements.

· Arrange details of shipments with warehouse/ forwarders/carriers/transporter as necessary for imports.

· Filing and maintaining an up-to-date database of the required monthly Sales Order / Delivery reports e.g. quantity variance reports, and over and short shipped reports for all deliveries.

· Highlight to Logistics and Operation Manager on any claims / issues from customers and respond to customers based on the guidelines provided by Logistics Manager for the case / allegation.

· Communicate closely with internal operations staff, sub contractors and customers to meet customers' requirements and expectations.

· Provide reports as required by Management.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent.

· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and other languages will be added advantage.

· Good MS.Office (MS.Excel, MS.Word, MS.PowerPoint).

· At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Good communication skill (written and oral).

· Strong team player, disciplined and punctual.

· Knowledge of International trade terms & business.

· Experience in dealing with customs, shipping & port.
