• Welcome & greet clients
• Manage daily appointments
• Handle phone calls and walk in clients
• Complete daily deduction of treatments and update CRM record
• Prepare duty roster / timetable for therapist & monthly front desk department report
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk / reception area
• Assist in issuance of invoices, treatment done slips & keep track on retail products
• Other administration duties
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Vocational
- 1 year of experience
- Language(s): Mandarin Chinese ,English ,Malay
- Driver's license: Car
- Availability to travel: Yes
- Availability of change of residence: No
