  • Job Descriptions :

    • To provide efficient support in all administration functions while maintaining confidentiality at all times including documentations, data entry, reports, stock monitoring, delivery arrangement etc.
    • To prepare project costing, quotation etc
    • handle customer complaints etc
    • To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

    Job Requirements :

    • At least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years of related working experience i.e in Administration/Sales/Customer Service.
    • Resourceful with multitasking ability and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
    • Possess drive, initiative and work commitment.
    • Have a good command of spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
    • Computer literate i.e Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, e-mail etc. QNE Software etc is an added advantage.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Semenyih, Selangor.
    • Full-Time position available.
