  • 1. Deliver excellent customer experience through customer touch-point such as calls, live chat, written correspondences and customer service centers

    2. Manage a team of passionate junior account managers & coach them into superstars

    3. Engage customers with your team: handle escalations from customers, step in as needed Identify gaps in day-to-day operations and improve existing processes

    4. Provide regular reports to the Customer Experience leadership team on daily ops, wins, challenges, team performance, and needs for your team

    5. Review KPIs with account managers to uncover opportunities and develop plans to improve team performance

    6. Empathize with and prioritize customer needs

    7. Uphold company values and aim to always improve the platform and community experience

    8. Onboard the new hires and fully accountable for their results

    9. JB or Penang

    10. Able to speak English, Chinese and Malay
