    Position : DWP Sales Professional - Petaling Jaya

    Responsibilities:-
    • Analyzes client business needs, integrates client’s business strategies and recommends appropriate information technology solutions and relevant industrial solutions
    • Conducts analysis of corporate objectives, business function and processes; able to understand customer’s functional and technical requirements
    • To assist clients to transform their work culture and adopt digital work place (DWP) concept
    • To provide sales pitching for digitalization processes to promote the entire range of product, solutions and services
    • Accountable to revisit all customers from previous contacts/ jobs to create the opportunity
    • To work in collaboration between inter-department to achieve sales quota and provide total solutions to add value for customers
    • Independent, resourceful and proactive in lead generation, prospecting, and accounts management
    • To ensure quarterly sales targets are consistently achieved
    • To plan sales action, coordinate with presales support team and execute sales activities
    • Adhere to the company’s compliance, quality and business processes
    • Perform any other related job functions as and when directed by Superior.


    Requirements:-
    • Min Diploma/ Degree in IT / Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
    • 2 years direct sales experience in Network security, storage & network infra. Business processes outsourcing. Surveillance, monitoring and smart access system. Engineering instruments and equipment. Production and Quality assurance process supplies. Electric/Electronics component supplies for manufacturing production.
    • Strong initiative and people networking skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Experience in consultative/solution selling and account management – generation and tracking of software sales leads and pipelines
    • Experience in responding to formal RFIs. RFPs, tenders and project coordination
    • Proven sales tract record, at least 2 years
    • Preferable candidates with sizeable and strong customer base from previous sales jos
    • Able to work independently as well as a good team player
    • Able to articulate and possess effective presentation skills
    • Committed and result driven
    • Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
    • Have strong analytical & troubleshooting skills

    Working hour ; 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday- Friday)
    Salary Range : (depending on qualification and working
    experience) + transport allowance
    + 2 Months CONTRACTUAL Bonus
