Vacancy for eCommerce Admin

Core Skills / Tasks:

- Maintaining database by updating product information

- Create listings for multiple eCommerce platforms (e.g. eBay, Shopify, Amazon, etc.)

- Familiar with online inventory management platforms (e.g. QuickBooks Online, cin7, etc.)

- Has experience with Social Media marketing

- Intermediate to Advanced level computer skills (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Wordpress, etc.)

- Good attention to details and efficient

- Motivated and willing to take the initiative to learn new things

- Works well with other team members

- Good punctuality

Bonus Skills / Tasks:

- Interest and/or expertise in golf equipment

- Knows how to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

- Has prior experience working in eCommerce

Language:

- Proficient verbal and written English

- Bahasa Malaysia

- Other languages are a plus

- Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher (Diploma/Advanced)

- Preferably 1-2 years of work experience

- Salary (with EPF, SOSCO, EIS) + Yearly Bonus

- Salary / Remuneration depending on Qualification / Experience

- Confirmation for permanent position will be given after 3 months of probation
