    Job Summary
    • Handle employees claims, regional expenses and intercompany transactions
    • Execute daily finance/accounting transactions and activities, includes JV/ PV preparation.
    • Timely completion of month end closing activities
    • Preparation of monthly reconciliation and regional reporting
    • Liaise with auditors, tax agents and tax authority for statutory reporting

    • Handle all general administrative, coordination and reporting as required in areas of onboarding, benefits, training, engagement & and general HR.
    • Assist in projects execution and communication as and where required.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Handling, maintaining & administrating all general accounting & HR functions
    • Prepare monthly financial reporting activities
    • Handle onboarding, benefit, engagement & training related administration and reporting
    • Ad hoc duties related to administration & HR

    Education and Experience
    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience related to role. Additional qualification will be a plus.

    • Preferable 2 years working experience in finance/ accounting function & Human Resources
    • Committed team player

    • Able to multitask and manage time and priorities effectively
    • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
