Job Scope :

Provide professional and personalised advice to customers in product / service selection,

Advice dental treatment according to customers' health condition / treatment objective,

Attend to walk in customers’ enquiries and perform cashiering duties, customer appointment bookings, incoming calls & registration.

Provide excellent customer service and handle feedback and complaints, relationship building with existing and new customers to create sales opportunities

Ad hoc duties as required.
