  • Description

    Responsibilities:

    Perform general office administrative/clerical and HR related duties
    Monitor, compile and summarize all hostels’ utilities bills and submit to Finance for payments
    Assist in payroll and verifying workers’ attendance
    Assist in issuance of employment ID, stationeries, etc
    Ensure proper documentation arrangement, record & filing
    Carry out other adhoc tasks assigned by superior




    Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least SPM
    Experienced candidates and fresh grads will also be considered
    Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
    Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
    Must be willing to work in Klang
