    Permanent Position
    Salary budget – RM8500 neg
    Location – Nusajaya
    Nationalities: Malaysian
    Responsibilities,
    Partner with functional managers within the assigned population scope on multiple human resource issues, including: policies, legislation, processes, and practices, evaluation and development of personnel, annual reviews, and compensation plans; implementation of process improvement, including leading change initiatives staffing and pipeline development
    Provide advice and counsel to functional management and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices.
    Support regional HRPBs by taking ownership of salary planning, compensation and benefits, succession planning etc. of employees not within the Key Talent radar and ensure appropriate development opportunities are provided to employees to further personal, career, and organizational development.
    Undertake annual talent reviews across the function, ensuring effective performance differentiation, and actioned succession plans; coach leads to develop leadership capabilities on an ongoing basic.
    Manage the company’s HR policies and procedure and ensure full adherence to these, including any local disciplinary and grievance issues; investigate and provide counsel / advice regarding concerns about contractual issues (when applicable). Responsible for investigations, conflict resolution, employee communications and management coaching.
    Drive HR initiatives, ensuring we attract, develop and retain the best diverse and global talent, to meet business objectives. Identify recruiting needs, develop sources of qualified candidates; facilitate screening, testing and selection of applicants with management.
    Support organizations development, building internal talent pipeline, mapping talent externally and within assigned business unit and acting as liaison with regional HRBP on talent sharing and market intelligence.
    Support HR activities including employee engagement, headcount reviews, HR lifestyle (starters, leavers etc.) via HR Shared Service Team, and any other day to day support.
    Provide guidance on reward and recognition, ensuring appropriates levels of reward for performance. Promote the company and our culture to new joiners and support assimilation exercise.
    Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, which encourages the full use of diverse talents and abilities; act as an employee advocate; help drive various initiatives.
    Qualifications/Requirements:
    You’ll have establish yourself as a credible HR generalist having worked within a highly matrixed and fast paced organization (External)
    You’ll also possess excellent communications, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organizations.
    Ability to support clients in multiple locations & work in a matrix environment
    Self-starter, able to make sound judgement and drive decisions.
    From an education perspective you’ll ideally have a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology and or a related discipline in which business knowledge and an understanding of human resource practices has been gained or equivalent knowledge and experience
    Able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
    Process and details oriented, including strong organizational and prioritization skills
    Strong understanding of the application of local labor laws and government requirements
    Good level of IT literacy, Microsoft Office and HR Systems.
