  • Description

  • 1) Involve in all HR administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities.

    2) Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to requirements and company policies.

    3) Preparation of offer letters and coordination of on boarding.

    4) Assist with candidate coordination pre and post interview arrangements such as documentations / scheduling and etc.

    Assist in other HR related matters on ad-hoc basis.

    5) HR Record Retention: scan, file, label, save and record HR confidential information.

    6) Manage and keep track employees attendance/absenteeism, leave records.

    7) Training Provided

    Candidate must possess Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business

    Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent or with working experience.

    Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, Canva or other designing portal
  • Requirements

  • Minumun level of education: High school
  • 1 year of experience
  • Language(s): English ,Malay
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Recruiting, Social Media, Teamwork
  • Driver's license: Motorcycle ,Car
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: No
