  • Description

  • • Support the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, and administration / operations.
    • Execute full cycle recruiting including posting of jobs, sourcing and screening of candidates, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, negotiating salaries, and preparing offer proposals for approval.
    • Onboard new employees and procure documents for enrollment payroll administration, including statutory deductions and personal income tax.
    • Execute payroll, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and latest Employment Act.
    • Coordinate Performance Appraisal and final evaluation for staffs and the corresponding performance appraisal report.
    • Handle employee grievances and advise Management on disciplinary issues, staff counseling and all other employee relations matters.
    • Maintain equitable and competitive employee compensation and benefits packages.
    • Provide HR advice to leaders / HODs so as to improve employee performance.
