Responsibilities

• Manage all HR activities, including recruitment and onboarding, monthly payroll, compensation and benefits, leave management, employee relations and other HR administration functions.

• Maintain compliance with the Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations; review policies and recommended best practices to maintain compliances.

• Coordinate training activities, registrations and updating of training; manage training claims submission and correspondence to HRDF

• Maintain and update employee personal records

• Day-to-day HR operation and ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time

Education and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required;

• A minimum of three (3) years of human resource management experience preferred;

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;

• Proficient with Microsoft and Google applications;

• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision;

• Pleasant personality, self-motivated & teamwork.

Remuneration and Benefits

• RM 3,000 - RM 3,500

• Medical and hospitalisation
