JOB VACANCY

POSITION - IT EXECUTIVE

LOCATION - PRAI INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, PULAU PINANG

SALARY - RM 4000

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain & support all IT Hardware, Software, Networking, Server Troubleshooting and Office Automation devices and Purchases related matters.

Provide technical support and issues resolutions for PC hardware, printers and IT peripheral products.

Providing technical support on-site and/or via remote-access systems.

Involve in IT research & development, especially in new technology.

Provide IT support to all operating centres which covering both nationwide and overseas.

Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 1-2 year(s) relevant working experience.

Object-oriented and web-based programming knowledge would be an added advantage.

Knowledge in IT technical support, such as: PC Hardware, basic Networking, VMWare Virtualization & Microsoft applications in end-users environment.

Willing to travel in both local and overseas on projects and other relevant IT support tasks.

Able to meet the required deadlines.
