IT Support Engineer

Description
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical support requests created by our customers
Answering pre sales technical questions
Contributing to internal documentation that provides your team with the resources they need to perform in their role and external documentation that allows our customers to self-serve
Consistently achieve or exceed qualified monthly quotas
Other job-related duties as assigned
Answering pre sales technical questions through ticketing helpdesk and live chat
Monitoring network, server performance and uptime
Preparing and stress testing new servers
Requirements:
Experience troubleshooting basic and advanced Linux and Windows Server issues
Friendly customer service
Knowledge of linux server administration
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high degree of autonomy
Growth mindset, with an unrelenting focus on continuously improving your knowledge and skill set
Outstanding problem solving skill, results-driven approach to execution, and a can do attitude
Solid understanding of the hosting industry preferably
You love digging into customer use cases and thinking deeply about how to help customers succeed
Detail-oriented and extremely organized with an ability to multi-task & prioritize tasks
