Modern Food Lab is a fusion food café that a few friends founded recently. One of our co-founders is a young 3-star Michelin restaurant chef that have worked in Macau for a couple of years and have decided to bring back some uniquely prepared fusion food back to his hometown, Puchong.

In this kitchen crew role, you and a few other kitchen crew members will be involved in the day-to-day operation of running the kitchen of Modern Food Lab. The scope of work ranges from handling guests orders, staging of fine dine dishes, assisting head chef in preparation of food on menu.

Your aim is to have fun and ensure guest have a memorable kitchen experience working in Modern Food Lab. Throughout your job, you will enhance your culinary and teamwork skills – all of which will serve you well in your next step of your career.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Elementary school
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English ,Cantonese Chinese
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
