Job Scopes:

• Working with the purchasing incharge to run the purchasing department

• Working with branch staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies

• Good Negotiating skills, strong mathematical and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of purchasing & contracting policies, laws and regulations.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel or other inventory system

• Good Interpersonal Skills. Effective communication skills: both verbal and written.

• Detail Oriented & strong organizational skills.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree

• Experienced in the field of Pharmacy

• Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.

• Computer literate

• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia and other language will be added advantage

• A team player with a high degree of commitment

• Ability to use computers to enter information

Benefits & Remunerations:

• Salary Range: RM 1,500 to RM 2,000
