Job Description

• The Medic / Nurse is primarily accountable to coordinate all Occupational Health related activities on site as guided by Occupational Health Doctor (OHD).

• Medic / Nurse plays an integral role to support Client at site in any emergency health care services to the workforce working at client site, oversees all aspects of clinical and medical management within the clinic, including medical evacuation support.

• Undertake clinical consultations and provide the requisite standard of service and care to patients attending the clinic.

• Assist with ensuring appropriate patient triage and flow within the clinic and administer first aid and treat minor illnesses.

• Providing primary outpatient care, basic emergency medical care on the site to stabilize the patient, limited diagnostic testing, and assist in patient transfer by ambulance to designated medical facility.

• Provide nursing consultations and determine which cases need further consultation with the Occupational Health Doctor.

• Documentation of all medical cases and ensure correct and proper storage of medical records

• Act as a medical escort when required and as appropriate for medical evacuations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager, Medical Services / Medical Director, Medical Services /Occupational Health Doctor.

Job Requirements

• Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC 2022) issued by Medical Assistant Board or Nursing Board.

• Bachelor / Diploma in Nursing

• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

• Knowledge of local safety related legislative and regulatory requirements.

• Valid medical examination and vaccination certificates

Working Days & Hours :

• Rotation is 12 hours shift. 7 am to 7 pm and vice versa
