  • Description

  • Responsibilities include:
    • Serve as a secondary contact for all communication via the phone and email during night shifts.
    • Warmly greet all visitors and direct them to the appropriate place or person.
    • Manage daily student pickup and delivery with the company bus to and from the airport / tours / accommodation pick up and support staff to complete monthly bank transactions and utility bill payments.
    • Support the collection, dispersal, security and organization of all student cumulative record files.
    • Provide administrative support to the Centre Director, teaching staff, administrative team, and students
    • Attend to sick and injured students.
    • Maintain student transportation, student study tours, airport arrivals and departures.
    • Update students with information as needed
    • Being a responsible driver for the students
    • Assist in the opening and closing of the company
    • Administer TEOFL examinations on behalf of the company

    Skills / Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least SPM certification
    • Possess a driving license (preferably can drive both transmission auto / manual)
    • 2+ year experience working in a corporate office work environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong-level knowledge of email use
    • Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills
    • Excellent writing, spelling and grammatical skills
    • Attention to detail a must
