    My Singapore Client from Real estate is looking for 1 fulltime permanent position of "Personal Assistant cum clerk" in Malaysia (location: Johor, KL, Penang, others).
    Requirements :
    • Good in administrative work and internet savvy.
    • Handling the sales and administrative aspect of Real estate and online marketing business.
    • Excellent Communication skills (in English and Chinese)
    • Interpersonal skill to communicate at all levels
    • Self-initiative to approach and follow up with customers
    • Capable of working on your own
    • Customer service savvy
    • Good knowledge of digital marketing
    • Sometime travel is needed and connect with people and work

    1. For Real estate will include:
    • Administrative and secretarial skills which cover
    • Arranging and setting appointments on request
    • Making calls and telemarketing
    • Fix matching business
    • Fix matching buyer and seller requirements for real estate
    • Fixing appointment for viewing of on sale real estate
    • Handling data entry, Internet Marking, Seo / Sem and posting.

    2. For e-commerce will include:
    • Contacting suppliers and researching for products
    • Following up with leads, ensuring sales as well as providing customer support
    • Ensuring an overall business development
    • Managing the processes involved in drop shipping
    • Engaging in SEO, SEM marketing
    • Communicating with clients on phone and online
    • Carrying out research on eBay, Amazon and other e-commerce platforms

    3. Qualification:
    • Diploma and above
    • With relevant working experience may consider
