    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    -Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
    -Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of staff, management and business partners.
    -Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
    -Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for Director and family and Company.
    -Reminding the MD of his daily appointments, important tasks and deadlines.
    -Managing database and filing systems.
    -Collating MD monthly expenses claim.
    -Handle partially of HR related matters.
    -Take minutes of discussion during meetings.
    -Follow-up on duties/activities/projects decided in the meeting.
    -Ad-hoc times to follow MD to plantation for meetings.
    -To manage MD’s household matters such as maids, gardeners, and house maintenance.
    -Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties when required.
