• Material Ordering / Monitoring – Tabulate estimated material quantities & summaries.

Job Description- Site Supervisor

• Project Meetings – Site Meetings

• Project Coordination – Main contractor, sub-contractors

• Project Progress Report – Every month with photos

• Material Monitoring – Every week must ensure the Delivery orders are up to date

• Site Coordination – Liaise with Main con, client and consultants at site

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Elementary school
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): Mandarin Chinese ,English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
• Driver's license: Motorcycle ,Car
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: No
