  • Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive telephone calls, forward calls and take messages.
    • Arrange for courier deliveries and receive parcels at the frontdesk.
    • Collect and sort daily mails and parcels received and forward them to the relevant employees.
    • Receive guests at the frontdesk, record their attendance in a log book and inform the relevant employee to meet guests at ground level.
    • Other general admin tasks.

    • Minimum SPM qualification.
