    Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
    1 year contract subject to renewal
    (based in Damansara Utama, PJ)

    • To handle receptionist role & Admin/ HR duties
    • Attend incoming and walk-in customer
    • To manage courier services & deliveries.
    • Assisting with mail as required
    • Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment repair and maintenance, etc.
    • To handle traveling & hotel arrangement
    • To verify staff claim when required.
    • Other general HR & Admin tasks as and when required

    • Candidate must possess Diploma in any discipline
    • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Receptionist & Admin/HR related
    • Good phone manner & good listening skill.

    Working Hour: 8.30am -5.30pm (Monday-Friday)
