Working Days & Hours:
• Working Hours: From 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (Saturday 8.00 am to 1.00pm)
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Scopes:
• Provide good information about product availability
• Responsible for day-to-day office sale and administrative matters
• Answer incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
• Manage and handle daily operations, clerical, preparing invoices, and other administrative works.
• To assist in routine office administration work which include documentation, filing, correspondences, co-ordinate & administration.
• Undertake other special assignments as and when required
Job Requirements:
• Male / female
• Over 18 years old
• Hardworking, disciplined, responsible
• Experienced in related field
• Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes.
• Must be computer literate with strong competency in Microsoft Office tools
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Both verbal and written communication. The ability to speak & write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Strong planning and organization skills to prioritize work and follow up with deadlines
