  • JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    - Minimum 1 year experience in sales.
    - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    - Possess Diploma or Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent.
    - Good knowledge of the local properties market.
    - Strong selling, negotiation and communication skills.
    - Pleasant and trustworthy.
    - Possess a valid driving license.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - To do research for potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
    - To contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and by appointments.
    - To act as an intermediary in sales presentations and negotiations for the project developed by the Developer.
    - Promote sales of property through digital marketing.
    - Coordinate appointments with prospective buyers to visit sales gallery.
    - Close sales and follow through the purchasing process for the purchasers.
    - Collect relevant documents from buyers for bank loan application.
    - To create and maintain a database of prospective leads.
