It is awarded an authorisation to distribute the leading brand of filter products and is also the sole distributor of another brand for South East Asia. Responsibilities:

• Handle all orders with accuracy and timeliness, and process all internal documents – Quotation, C/O, D/O, Invoice, Customs Forms, Packing List, etc

• Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

• Respond timely and effectively to customers in a timely manner

• Able to multi-task effectively and work under timeline pressures

• Undertake other assigned tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field

• Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience

• Fresh Grads will also be considered

• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)

• Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
