    Position: Sales Manager
    Location: Mutiara Bukit Kemuning, Seksyen 32 Shah Alam, 40460

    • Accountable to achieve sales target, sales-related operations, administration, and collection of payment.
    • Actively expand customer and product width and depth, develop existing customers, enlarge total customer base, offer wider product range and uphold professional relationships with all clients to develop and achieve performance results.
    • Develop and manage effective sales & marketing plans, propose monthly marketing and sales activities, coordinate and close follow-up on progress to achieve customers’ business needs.
    • Support customers with strategic sales & marketing activities, product and service development.
    • Carry out research and provide feedback on the existing market situation and forward new proposals to the management to address market change, open new market segment etc.
    • Proactively manage resources, costs, and prices to achieve sales volume and profit targets. Involve inaccurate documentation, upkeep records, tabulations, planning, budgeting, quotation to enhance operations.
    • Act as the brand ambassador, educating customers on the brand/product benefits.
    • Co-ordinate with all departments on the status of each sales order accordingly for high efficiency.
    • Shall accept additional responsibilities, job rotation, and secondment as instructed by the superior.
    • The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure instruction.
    • Compile monthly reports for Inventory for your superior and management.

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Sales & Marketing/Management or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
    • At least 5 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing.
    • Experiences in Hospitality and medical supply will be an advantage.
    • Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office.

    • People Manager – good EQ, understand people, knows when & how to sell-in, overcome the objection, customer satisfaction, PR with clients, motivate the team, articulate, convincing, maximize team performance and productivity.
    • Lead by Example – leadership skills, ability to train staff, inspire the team to growth & success, show passion to work, succeed together with the team, care for others, strong follow up.
    • Innovative – Identify new opportunities, drive the new products to market, develop new markets, new clientele, new skills, a self-learner, able to provide an effective solution.
    • Available – readily when required, not calculative, give 100% effort to make sure success.

    • Basic RM 6,000.00– RM 7,000.00
