  • Job Responsibilities:
    Committed and keeping confidentiality.
    Mature with pleasant personality and able to multi-task.
    Highly competent in coordinating and organizing overall secretarial functions.
    Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    Strong leadership, pro-active, good analytical and problem-solving.
    To assist the Managing Director on daily tasks and to ensure smooth operation of the office.
    Responsible and co-ordinate on all in-incoming and out-going correspondences e.g. Mails or Emails.
    Making appointment, travel arrangement/visa, coordinating business schedules, itinerary and general correspondence.
    Maintain systematic filing system and safe keeping of documents for smooth data retrieving.
    To handle the personal and private/confidential matters for MD or immediate family members of the MD as instructed.
    Able to work variable hours when required as the MD travel extensively.

    Job Requirements:
    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Secretarial or equivalent.
    At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
