    Responsibilities:

    • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
    • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling
    • Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
    • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
    • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and correspondents
    • Taking dictation and minutes;
    • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
    • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
    • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

    Requirements:

    Diploma or Degree in any principal
    At least 10 years of experience.
    Possesses a driving license.
    Able to converse in written and spoken ENGLISH and MANDARIN.
    Initiative, hardworking, innovative, self-motivated, fast learner and out-going.
    Strong and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
    Able to work independently as well as in a team.
    Must be a Sarawakian.
