Company Overview

The company specialises in the renovation works of commercial or retail properties.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, supervise and monitor daily progress of sub-contractors to ensure deadline is met, as well as maintaining quality assurance of work

• Report and discuss daily site issues, propose solutions and execute solution accordingly

• Liaise and follow up with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients to effectively carry out concept design to implementation

• Manage and supervise day-to-day project activities

• Prepare site's daily report and monthly progress report

• Maintain communication closely with various involved renovation parties to plan and derive delivery scheduling accurately

• Be responsible for general site technical difficulties and problems that may arise

• Involve in testing, commissioning activities, inspection and job handover

• Undertake any and all other ad hoc duties and responsibilities given by the company director

Requirements:

• At least min. SPM and Diploma in the related field

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in renovation field

• A valid CIDB card will have added advantage

• Capability to understand drawing

• Have own transport and willing to travel entire country

• Willingness to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required

• Ability to withstand work pressure

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Good time management quality and is a team player

• May need to work on night shift if projects assigned are in malls that only allow renovation works at night

• Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
