    Opening with a multinational IT services company with annual revenue of over a billion dollar. Office location in KL Sentral.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Provide support to customers globally via email and over the phone
    2. Answer how-to questions and recommend best practices related to products functionality and configuration
    3. Investigate technical issues reported by customers, troubleshoot and identify solution and root cause
    4. Ensure that problems are solved by applying correct procedures and documentation
    5. Follow standard procedures for handover or escalation of unresolved issues to appropriate teams
    6. Manage own time and workload, provide prompt and accurate feedback and status updates to customers according to SLA
    7. Ensure proper recording and status update/closure of all processed tickets in the request tracker
    8. Document investigation steps and applied solutions in form of tech notes and knowledge base articles
    9. Adhere to defined standards and measures for quality and customer satisfaction requirements
    10. Maintain up to date knowledge about products, related products and technologies and support processes by attending trainings and self-study

    Qualifications:
    1. Strong Linux administration experience
    2. Intermediate experience in Windows administration
    3. Networking experience
    4. SQL or database experience, able to run basic queries
    5. Excellent communications skills and amenable to support US/UK time zones
